Allie Hunter's school Halloween Party

Today was Allie Hunter's Halloween Party @ School. She was so excited this morning when she realized she got to wear her princess outfit with the crown. They were having all kinds of sweet treats today for the party and even got Chick Fil A nuggets for lunch. I really wanted to go but I knew if I went AH would not understand why she couldn't go with me and it would have just ruined her whole afternoon. Thankfully Reagan's mom, Meg, was able to go and took a few pics for me :)
Getting ready to go Trick or Treating to all the other classrooms. What a cute idea.

Waiting in line with all her lil' friends

Sorority Row Trick or Treating

Yesterday Allie Hunter and I met Reagan and her mommie to take the girls trick or treating on sorority row. I had wanted to take AH last year but figured she was still to little so I have been looking forward to this day for weeks and apparently so had everybody else in Tuscaloosa county. It was packed, people were everywhere. So glad I thought to bring the wagon for the girls to ride in with a big blanket cause it sure was freezing. The wind was horrible. After about a hand full of houses the girls were content just staying wrapped up in the blanket riding in the wagon,so we just called it a night. They had a blast and got a good bit of candy. Once we got in the car to leave I didn't even make it out of the parking lot and AH was already eating her candy. Girl's got a sweet tooth just like her mommie and daddy, she gets it honest. I had originally had AH a ballernia outfit cause she kept telling me she wanted to be a ballerina for Halloween but this past weekend she informed me she wanted to be a ballerina princess. So Mommie went to the store and got her a princess outfit. I had brought both for her to decide what she wanted to be cause knew if I had brought one she would have pitched a fit and wanted to be the other and as I guessed she picked the princess. We'll see who she chooses to be on Halloween night....

Love this pic, by the second house AH had it all under control. Just hold your bucket over and you'll get candy :)

Happy Birthday Mom/MiMi

On October 27th a very special lady was born. I am so glad to be able to call her MOM and now I am so glad that Allie Hunter can call her MIMI !!! She is an amazing woman and wonderful mother/grandmother. Due to her birthday falling on Alabama's Homecoming we celebrated a few days early with dinner at Wings with the whole family. We had a wonderful time celebrating. I had also brought an assortment of cookies/mini cakes from Celebrations Bakery for our dessert. We even got all the waiters/waitresses to help us sing happy birthday to mom. She probably wasn't to happy about that part, but it only happens once a year. She was a good sport about it and we all had a great time.

Happy 48th Birthday MOM !! Hope you wished for something very special  !! We Love You

Baby Bunnies

So those of you that don't know my sister(Jennifer) and cousin(Lena) rabbits had bunnies. 7 of them !!! They just recently opened their eyes and AH loves going to see the big rabbits so when I told her they had little babies she has been non-stop about wanting to go see the baby bunnies. Once we got there she ran straight to the back door when out the doggy door to where the rabbits where. Baby girl doesn't forget ANYTHING. She's smart as a whip!! Excited wasn't even the word to describe her when we told her she could hold them. She was so sweet to them but of course pitched a fit when it was time to put them back up :( Go figure, I didn't even wanna put the cute little things up. They just sat in your lap so still and content. They were precious. So this morning in the car the first thing AH said was
AH-"Mommie I not wanna go to school today"
Me-"Why not Allie Hunter, You love school?"
AH-"Yeah but I wanna go to Jen Jen's and see my baby bunnies, I'll go to school mo-norrow"
Gotta love her, really she's just getting to big for me to handle sometimes !!

This was her favorite one. She said "I love this one Mommie" To bad daddy would see this as good eating and not a good pet !!

Girls Afternoon getting pampered

The other day my mom had text me to see if Allie Hunter and I wanted to join her and my sister to get our toes painted and eat supper. Well of course who wouldn't. After the day I had that day at work I needed something relaxing. AH was so excited when I picked her up from school and told her what we were going to go do. If you read my previous post then you'll know about her always wanting me to paint her finger nails. She's all for it :) We meet MiMi and Aunt Jen Jen at Tuscaloosa Nails and Spa in Midtown. AH did AMAZING. My mom has taken her before but just to get her finger nails done. So I was a little nervous how she would do having to wait on mommie to get hers done, but she was an angel. She sat in my lap the entire time while I got my pedicure and just talked and talked to the lady. She was so amazed.  Then when it was her turn to get her finger nails and toe nails painted she was loving it. I let her pick out whatever color she wanted and she picked Green. Her new favorite color these days. One of the workers kept giving her suckers for being so sweet. She can for sure turn the charm on when she wants something :) After, we ate supper at Tazikis and Uncle JoJo ended up surprising us and eating with us. Allie Hunter was so excited to see him. She was all about him at dinner she wouldn't talk to anybody else. I'm already looking forward to taking her again to get her nails painted. It was so much fun just having some girl time together. I for see a lot of girl time in our future since hunting season has started for daddy.

.
She wouldn't smile or hardly even look at MiMi to take a picture cause she was to amazed and into the lady painting her nails. :)

Thanks MiMi for our wonderful relaxing afteroon of girl time !

Dear Allie Hunter

I would really like for you to believe me when we are riding to school every morning and you point out all the school buses screaming
"Mommie, you see that skool bus?" only to be followed with "Mommie, you see it, you see it?, it's right there" Yes baby I see all 15 you point out to me every morning.

I wish you would stop embarrassing me when you always ask for my phone no matter where we are and your smart little self goes to the videos and plays Justin Bieber "oh baby, baby baby oh" Yes I get its your favorite song but it's not mommies. Especially when I am in the middle of grocery shopping at Winn Dixie and Justin Bieber blares through my phone and everybody is looking at me. Nobody believes me when I say you did it. You've got to find a new favorite song and fast ! :)

I love how every morning and might I say only on school mornings you pitch a fit for Mommie to paint your finger nails. Why do you choose the mornings we have to be out the door at a certain time to want your nails painted ? I can do it any afternoon or on the weekends. But you seem to want to only fit it in your schedule on school mornings.

I promise you I am not going to forget that ballet is on Thursdays. Thanks for asking me every morning in the car "Mommie, is it Thusday yet, I have ballet?" Yes baby I know how could I ever forget.

I really wish you would learn that "time-out" is not where you wanna go. When you are misbehaving you'll say "I wanna go to time-out" How am I suppose to send you now? That defeats the whole purpose. We must work on this.

I love how artistic you are and I love that you love to draw and color. But must you draw the letter A all the time all over everything including my windows in the kitchen? At least stop using the red crayon and pick a lighter color. Thanks

I'm wondering why your daddy and I never seem to have any cash on us this is including loose change. Maybe since you say to us everyday "I need some moneys" You clean us out. I hope by the time your 16 you'll have enough saved up for a car. Lets just hope you know where all this "moneys" is hidden.

I thought you would be more girly girl like your mommie and not poot in public or in front of other people but looks like you have taken after your Aunt Jennifer and Uncle JoJo.  Just please next time we are in public don't say
AH-"Mommie, you hear that?"
Me-"No baby, What?"
AH-"I just pooted"
Really while everybody stares. Another embarrassing moment. Just pray you grow out of this soon. But your daddy says at least you admit it when you do it. Only plus to this it seems.

And lastly I promise you I will always have Chocolate Milk for you at the house. The grocery store is never out. You are going to turn into chocolate as much as you drink chocolate milk and eat Hersey's kisses :) which the kisses is partial mine and your daddy's fault, how dare we eat them in front of you without giving you one.

You never seize to amaze me, your way to smart to be 2 1/2, and we are never surprised anymore by what comes out your mouth. Your one smart, sassy, beautiful independent girl.

We love you so much,
Mommie and Daddy

Puppy Love

Allie Hunter has become so attached to our to dogs we have, Duke(a boxer) and Levi ( a Maltese-Yorkie mix). Poor dogs get harassed all the time and I mean ALL THE TIME ! But she loves her "bruders" as AH says. Shes always wanting Levi to sit in her lap or for him to chase her around the house. She has to put him in his cage every morning before we leave and when we get home she has to let him out. That's her thing. Levi has learned to hide from her, but oh Allie Hunter has gotten so good at finding him cause he hides in the same 3 places, either under our bed, on top of the couch or in Allie Hunters room on top of her bed. Now Duke stays outside mostly so when we go outside AH pulls him by his collar everywhere. He just looks up at us with this saddest face like really people :( and goes where ever she pulls. She also has to feed and water them too. If we try and do it she pitches a fit. At least I can get her to help me do something. She knows exactly where the food is stored and will go get a cup full and put it in their bowls. Here lately she has been wanting Duke to come inside with us so we have been letting him in the house in the afternoons to chill in the den and yesterday AH had asked me if we could go ride the horses and I told her maybe another day next thing I know she's sitting on Duke saying "Mommie, I ride a horsey" She's such a mess. Who needs a horse when you have a boxer....
AH and Duke
Levi is probably thinking better you than me !!!
(and yes I know Levi needs a haircut bad)

"I tee tee in potty"

So it has officially been 2 weeks since Allie Hunter has been wearing big girl panties. I am so proud of her. She just one day decided she didn't want to wear pull ups and she wanted to be naked and started going to the potty. WOW, I know. It was been so much more easy than I thought. She still has #2 accidents some but this past weekend she did really great with that. She now has a draw full of big girl panties from princess to Dora to hello kitty. You name it she's got them. I believe AH's favorite part of this is picking out what panties she wants to wear and this takes 5 minutes she's so indecisive just like ME !! Last week it was all about Dora but this week she's moved on to Hello Kitty. I continue to pray she keeps this up. She has gotten so many prizes these past 2 weeks, her favorite though is stickers or chocolate. Mommie and Daddy are soo proud of you Allie Hunter !!! :)
"Look at my panties, It's Dora"

10 HOURS OF HARD LABOR=A SWING SET

This past Sunday Chad, my dad and JD came over to help put together a playhouse/swing set that my in-laws had gotten Allie Hunter for a late birthday/early Christmas present. Needless to say they started at 10am and didn't finish till 9pm. WOW took forever. Hope it last forever cause I don't for see them doing this again. Allie Hunter is for sure one spoiled little princess, and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Also I will add how wonderful my mother and sister are. They helped me in my front yard trim my bushes, rake all the leaves and also helped me pull weeds. I have an AWSOME family. Now, we probably won't see them back over for a while cause they'll probably think I'll find another project for them to help me with. Allie Hunter didn't get to play on it till yesterday since it was so late Sunday when they finished and it was sooooo cold outside. She had a blast "swining". Thanks GIGI and PAW PAW for this wonderful present, now I'm never gonna be able to keep her inside. haha
Spoiled Rotten isn't even close

This is AH's way of "swining"

"Mommie, I got a Winnow"

Thanks to everybody who helped make this smile on this sweet little girls face :) Nothing lights up a room more than seeing her happy !
