Play Date with the "E" girls

One of my best and closest friends came over to our house last night with her 2 precious girls. I cooked supper, we let the girls play (pretty much do whatever, haha) and we got to have some adult time and catch up. Of course Allie Hunter and Emma Grace were SOOO excited to see each other, they just hugged each other so tight. Sweetest thing ever. At first Ella Raegan wasn't paying anybody any attention she went straight to the back windows to look and talk to the dogs. I love having lil' play dates with our sweet friends, made for a wonderful fun filled night.

Ella Raegan is the only non-diva in this pic. Emma Grace is stylin in her sunglasses and Allie Hunter is being prissy in her high heel shoes :)

Look who came to visit

After thanksgiving Santa sent an elf to come visit the Hoggle house. This was AH's reaction.

Mommy-Allie Hunter, who is that up in the tree?
AH-That's an elf.
Mommy-I think Santa sent her to watch you so she could go back every night and tell Santa how good you were.
AH-I not like that elf and I not like Santa
Mommy-Allie Hunter, the elf and Santa are both very sweet. The elf just has to help Santa watch you to make sure your sweet to everybody so you can get presents.
AH-Ooooooo....She can stay I like her and I like presents :)

Kids....never know what they'll say. I told AH she has to pick her out a name and of course she picked Tinkerbell. Told AH she already had a Tinkerbell and they might get confused so she had to pick another one. Well...She picked Bell. Gotta love her. So meet Ms.Bell !  AH hasn't really gotten into her very much but hopefully they will warm up to each other and she'll enjoy looking for her.

Aunt Jen Jen's 22nd birthday

We celebrated Jennifer's birthday at Outback with the family. We had a great time. She even got some very cute gifts. Which I might need to borrow soon :)

AH's "ears piercings"

Allie Hunter has been begging and I mean begging me for over 2 weeks now to get her ears pierced. She'll say "Mommy, I want my ears piercings like you". Everywhere we go she points to people saying "Mommy, she has her ears piercings" Really what am I suppose to say, Yeah baby I see and pray she drops the subject. Ummm..nope not my child. She's me made over big time. She's not gonna stop till she gets what she wants. So we finally convinced daddy to letting us as long as she was a big girl and didn't act scared. Which apart of me thought she would change her mind once we got in there to do it. Boy was I wrong. My mom and I took her the day after thanksgiving and let her ride the train and we went into Claire's just to look and see and she was sooooo excited. So that was it she wasn't scared or afraid. I had been preparing her how it's gonna make a loud noise but she knew and didn't seem to care. She sat up in that chair like a big girl while the lady got everything ready and I even let AH pick out her own earrings. She picked the pink diamonds of course. I had to make her sit in my lap, she was acting like an 8 year old and not a 2.5 year old. She's so independent and growing up to fast. I believe I was more nervous and scared than she was. SHE DID A-MAZING. (which is also AH's new favorite word). She cried for maybe 10 seconds and it was even after the fact think the noise scared her more than the actual piercings. She is so proud of her new "ears piercings". She shows them off to everybody !!!!!
Such a brave lil' girl. The lady's there were awesome. They were so sweet to do both at the same time :) Mommy looks more scared than AH
Allie Hunter was so excited. Fixing to check out with our prize she picked out. Princess Chapstick and Glitter Bracelets

Still grinning from ear to ear. She had to say to everybody that walked by "Look at my ears piercings"

Thanksgiving 2012

This thanksgiving I was on call.....yeah I know BOO!!!! Thank goodness I made my 2 desserts and homemade Mac and cheese the night before. I was just fixing to get out of bed to get ready to go to my parents and I got called out. Thank goodness I wasn't gone long and was back home by 9 to get shower and get ready. We went over to my parents for lunch and as always food was amazing.
I wasn't able to go to Chads farm that evening since I was on call and the drive would have been to far if I had gotten called out. So I went home and napped while Chad and AH headed to farm. Hate I missed it :( They both spent the night down there since Chad was leaving bright and early in the morning to go out of town hunting and Marsha kept AH since I was going Black Friday shopping and had to get up and work next morning. I made (yes made, didn't give her a choice) my mom go shopping with me. I enjoyed it so much, I never get to spend time with my mom without AH with me. Think I enjoyed that more than shopping. She was such a trooper. I got so many good deals and so many presents bought. We left around 7:30 thanksgiving night and didn't get back home till 2:30am. Then I had to get up and be at work by 7. Thank goodness AH took a good nap that afternoon with me.
The wonderful Fam. Minus the newlyweds J and Ashley :( We missed y'all.
Sorry I am not dressed up was on call and was in rush to get over to moms house to visit everybody!!

Visiting TOTO

For those of you who don't know my sweet Toto is my grandmother. I am so lucky to be named after her, her first name is also Toby. She is so special to me and I look up to her so much. She has always been there for me. She's one sweet lil lady. She lives in Eutaw so we don't get to see her as much as I wish, but I try to at least see her once a month. I want AH growing up around her as much as she can. Allie Hunter already loves her Toto so much and I know Toto feels the same about her. They have a special little bond. Right now AH is the only great-granddaughter Toto has. I remember going to see my great-grandmother in Demopolis when I was little, she always had vanilla bean ice cream. I hope AH grows up and has just as special memories like I did.
AH is fascinated with money, funny thing is she only wants $1.00 bills and nothing else. I LOVE IT, hope that doesn't change anytime soon. So every time we go to visit Toto she has to give her a $1.00 :) You would have thought she gave her $100.00 as excited as she gets.

Miss.Sassy Allie Hunter

For those of you that know my sweet little girl, Allie Hunter, know that she is just like her daddy and I. She is outgoing, very full of energy, loves to talk, never meets a stranger, silly, sassy, independent, girly, dare devil, loving and just a hot mess sometimes. Some days there are just no words to explain her. She is full of life everyday. She is goofy and just a cut up all the time. Here are a few pictures. There are no words to explain, the pictures say it all.

AH's first school picture

A few weeks ago Allie Hunter's school had their school pictures for their yearbooks. Who knew preschools got yearbooks. WOW. That's so cute. Obviously the photographer didn't give them a warning to smile, cause baby girl always smiles and loves having her picture taken. But looks like this day was an exception.
Sorry AH, but one day you'll look back on this and laugh.

Alabama Homecoming Parade

So I was looking back and obviously I forgot to blog about Alabama Homecoming Parade. There wasn't much that we did that day since it was so cold outside. We had a wonderful lunch at Jim N' Nicks before the parade. There food is so delicious to me especially the mac and cheese :) I was surprised that they weren't a lot more busy since the parade was just right up the hill. We had a perfect park and after lunch we just walked up the hill to watch the parade. Allie Hunter had a blast and loved every minute of it. She wasn't to excited about Big AL but thank goodness he didn't come near us. She loved watching the band and all homecoming court. She kept saying "mommie, there's a princess'' This was probably why the next day she told me she wanted to be a princess instead of a ballerina for Halloween.

Ashley and J's wedding Part 2

For those of you who read and keep up with my blog you probably remember me telling y'all how AH and I were in my cousins wedding in Meridian, MS back in Sept. Here's a short version of previous blog. My cousin got married to a wonderful man named J a few months back. It was a gorgeous wedding and reception. I told y'all how beautiful and pretty everything was including the bride :) so finally here are some pics from Ashley and J's special night.

This picture is so sweet. All of us bridesmaids sneaking a peek of Ashley and J seeing each other for the first time.

This Picture has a lot of meaning. We took the exact same picture when I got married.

This by far is one of my favorite. Parents of the Groom and Parents of the Bride. PRICELESS

Friday Night

Friday afternoon we went to Westwood Elem. for a little bit to hang out with MiMi for the school's fall festival. AH had a blast. They had something fun in almost every classroom for the kids to do. AH's favorite things were getting her nails painted, her face painted (she got a rainbow), she got a feather in her hair, played pick up ducks and also played go fish. We had to leave MiMi's festival a little early to head down to Buhl for Savannah's 3rd birthday party. AH was so excited for this party all week because it was a tumble bus party. The school bus came to Savannah's house and the kids got a whole hour to play around in the tumble bus. AH of course didn't wanna get off but as soon as I told her we would get ice cream she was ok :) Savannah had the cutest Hello Kitty cake. We ate hot dogs, snacking foods and had cake and ice cream. Savannah got so many cute and wonderful gifts. All the kids had a wonderful time. AH even got a cute little goodie bag as a gift favor with a bunch of hello kitty things in it but her favorite was the hello kitty tattoo, which we had to put on as soon as we woke up the next morning.
Allie Hunter was so excite to be in the tumble bus !!

Fair Fun

Thursday after ballet I surprised Allie Hunter and took her to the fair in town that was at sokol park. We met 2 of my sweet friends from work and there kids. There was so many rides for AH's age. She had a blast and of course after she got off every ride she would say "mommie, I wanna do it again". It was so cute. She thought and acted like she was 8 instead of 2 1/2. They also had baby bunnies and baby pigs at the entrance and of course we had to pet and feed them. We also had to ride the horse "DOC". It was a fun night but it was FREEZING. By the end of the night AH was crying saying "mommie, I can't feel my hand it to cold" bless her heart !
